President Prabowo Subianto recently met with Indonesian students in Türkiye, in the company of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This encounter occurred following a dinner event, where Prabowo engaged in meaningful conversations with the students. He took selfies and group pictures with them, demonstrating a genuine interest in their backgrounds and welfare. The students, including Muhammad Munirudin, expressed their gratitude for Prabowo’s personal inquiries about their living situation, academic pursuits, and the challenges they face while studying in Türkiye. Munirudin, who serves as the chairman of the Nahdlatul Ulama chapter in Türkiye, highlighted how they felt appreciated and supported by the President. As part of the Indonesian diaspora, these students are enthusiastic about making positive contributions under Prabowo’s leadership. This visit also highlighted the strong bond between Prabowo and Erdoğan, with the Turkish President presenting Prabowo with a special memento—a photo album capturing their memorable moments together.
