Prabowo Encourages Indonesian Children in Jeddah to Study Well

President Prabowo Subianto received a warm welcome from Indonesian elementary school children during his official visit to Saudi Arabia on July 1, 2025. The children, living in Jeddah, greeted the President with enthusiasm, waving flags and chanting, “Welcome, Mr. President!” The formal reception transformed into a heartfelt gathering as President Prabowo engaged with the children, smiling and taking photos with them. One student named Arsad Hanfana Al-Syarabi, whose parents work at the Indonesian Embassy in Jeddah, proudly introduced himself to the President. Before continuing his visit, President Prabowo shared a simple yet sincere message, encouraging the children to excel in their studies.

The encounter was also emotional for the Indonesian community in Jeddah, including Hanif Hasanuddin from the Muhammadiyah Special Branch (PCIM). Hanif expressed gratitude for the President’s visit and shared his hopes for Indonesia’s future. Accompanied by several high-ranking Indonesian officials, President Prabowo’s visit strengthened the bond with the Indonesian community abroad.
